This Removable Strainer/Cage from a 2″ / 56mm Threaded Tank Connector Kit provides all the parts needed to connect your strainer to a tank or filter box. Supplied unassembled, the kit allows you to build a configuration that suits your pond, filter, or koi system. The double-socket 56mm threaded tank connector can accept rigid pipe or fittings on either side for flexible installation. The strainer stops large debris, leaves, stones, and fish from entering pipework or filters, and it also prevents filter media from escaping its intended chamber.
