Duramix is part of Tecnifibre’s new string segment known as “Multifilament Poly-Fusion”. These strings are a unique offering from Tecnifibre and are used to create a real hybrid string, rather than the traditional setup of one-piece multifilament and one-piece polyester that will always have the disadvantages of a multifilament (premature breakages) and the disadvantages of a polyester (high levels of shock). Duramix HD is the perfect blend of comfort and durability. Featuring a firmer PU saturation with an elasticity factor of 125%, compared to 400% of other Tecnifibre multifilament strings, along with a construction of 50% polyester fibres for durability, and 50% polyamide fibres to provide additional comfort, this string is for the player that is looking for a bit more control and durability from their multifilament string.
