Product Description Terrapon 6 l Planting substrate made of humus and mineral components Item no. 19571 Terrapon combines humus with mineral components. In addition to Pon, Lechuza has developed another high-quality planting substrate that optimally combines the advantages of organic humus with mineral components such as pumice and crushed expanded clay: Terrapon. The new substrate is made from high-quality raw materials, just as they are used in professional horticulture: Pumice, crushed expanded clay and an effective fertiliser combination. The proportion of fresh natural clay acts as a natural water and nutrient reservoir and promotes an even supply of nutrients to the plants. In this way, fluctuations are buffered and dry or wet periods are better survived. For the benefit of the environment, the new Terrapon in 6 and 12 litre sizes is now peat-free. Terrapon can be used for planting almost all indoor, balcony and garden plants, with the exception of bog plants, which have special requirements regarding the pH value of the substrate. Here, an appropriate special soil should be used. Orchids, which also make very special demands on the planting substrate, should be planted in Orchidpon.
