Product Description Capitol was first introduced in 1886 during the era of russell and morgan printing co., as a brand of cards. They were printed until 1928 and throughout their printing cycle had six different card backings. We are offering the original card back. This special edition deck has been reproduced from our extensive collection of playing cards for the enjoyment of a new generation of card collectors.
