- HOW TO INFLATE Find the fill tab on the outside of your balloon. Put a straw in the tab so you can inflate it. Squeeze the straw and the filling tab together so that no air leaks when inflating. Blow into the end of the straw to fill the balloon with air. Remove the straw and press the seal together to close it
