Heavy duty hardware (carabiners, d-rings, rings) Directions The belt of the Tactical Dog Leash is adjustable and it will easily wrap around your waist. It can lock between 27 and 48 inches and once you buckle it, it will stay secure on your waist. Attach one carabiner to it and the other to your puppy's collar or harness. Adjust the distance between you and your dog using the EXTRA metal rings and control your dog using the padded handles. If you need a longer leash you can untie up to 5 knots, a single untied knot gives you an extra length of 4 inches.
