Product Description The Superzero stem is the perfect combination of stiffness, lightness and aerodynamic shape. The stem has a trapezoid shape with a flattened top section for torsional stiffness and excellent aerodynamic performance. Designed for the most demanding riders, the stem is manufactured using an innovative 3D forging process with AL 2014 alloy. Fork Clamp Diameter: 28.6mm (1 1/8") Handlebar Clamp Diameter: 31.7mm Clamp Height: 36mm Material: AL2014 alloy Bolts: CrMo Steel Angle: 82° Weight: 145g (110mm) Directions 1. Remove the old stem (if any) from the steerer tube. 2. Clean the steerer tube and the stem's fork clamp area. 3. Apply grease to the steerer tube and the stem's bolts. 4. Position the stem on the steerer tube at the desired angle (82° in this case). 5. Tighten the stem bolts using a torque wrench to the recommended torque (usually around 5-7 Nm for AL2014 alloy stems). 6. Once the stem is securely fastened, the rider can now use the handlebar to control the bike's direction.
