- [EXCELLENT FILTRATION] - The Swell Pressurised Pond Filters host a mixture of both biological and mechanical media to maintain crystal clear healthy water for you fish/koi. The UV clarifier will fight to eradicate microorganisms and some parasites which can cause fish diseases, it will also help to prevent the growth of algae. Teamed with the Swell filter pump which filters out particles between 4-8mm stopping them from every reaching the filter making the system far less hassle to maintain.
- [EASY INSTALLATION] - Connecting your system is very simple, but we include an instruction manual in the box which gives you a step-by-step guide. The filters are pressurised and not gravity fed meaning they can be installed above or in the ground whichever works best for you.
- [SIMPLE MAINTAINANCE] – To clean just unclip the lid and rinse the sponges with pond water (not tap), we recommend replacing the sponges and UV bulbs yearly to keep your system performing at its best. Over time if you find the flow pressure has dropped just wipe any debris from the casing or clean out the impeller. This model has a unique feature that tells you when the filter needs to be cleaned by using a small float, which pops-out of the head of the unit when required.
- [ADDITIONAL FEATURES] - The pumps include a thermo cut-off feature to prevent them from overheating and breaking if run dry they will automatically shut off. Strainer casing to protect fish and other aquatic life from being sucked into the impeller. A 10m cable is provided on the pumps and 1.5m on the filters, these do not come with a fitted plug, to allow you to lengthen the cable with a waterproof connector.
