CANSON "C" à grain® is a high-quality drawing paper for professional use. With its three different surface weights, "C" à grain® offers an ideal drawing surface for a wide range of users and techniques. This paper has a grammage of 224 gsm. Thanks to its fine grain, it is ideal for drawing. It is neither too smooth nor too outstanding, so both relief effects and finely balanced results can be achieved. The drawing paper is ideal for colour gradations. It is made exclusively from alpha cellulose, is lignin free and therefore does not yellow. The drawing paper is acid-free, ISO 9706 compliant and free of optical brighteners, so the colours do not fade over time. In addition, the natural white drawing paper has a core and surface glue for a high resistance. It can withstand erasing and scratching without hurting the surface. Suitable for all dry techniques such as coloured pencil, graphite pencil or charcoal. The high surface weight for a drawing paper also allows the use of some wet techniques such as ink, gouache and markers. The cardboard on the back brings enough stability to use the pad on the go. Therefore, "C" à grain® is suitable for drawing in the studio as well as in nature. The spiral pad in DIN A4+ format contains 30 sheets.
