Product Description Schwarzkopf BLONDME bleach and tone lightening additive cream is the perfect application for highlighting techniques. It is a tonal additive, which provides a brightening up to 8 levels. Simply add the additive to the lightener 9+ bleaching powder. The hair fibres are strengthened during use and hair breakage is minimized. Comes in Cool shade. Directions Always mix Ash Cream with Blonde Bleaching Powder and Blonde Revealer.
