Product description The Chambers and Co natural shampoo for dogs is suitable for all dogs including dogs with sensitive or itchy skin. The cleaning agents we use are derived from coconuts and are mild and non-irritating to skin. They have excellent cleaning properties and work equally well with hard and soft water. The shampoo contains chamomile and calendula infusions to help with itchy skin any minor cuts or rashes. Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5) is a strengthening and conditioning vitamin, excellent for both hair and skin. Most shampoos use salt (sodium chloride) as a thickener but for sensitive skin we prefer to use natural, edible gums. Neroli essential oil is a must for anxious dogs. It has calming properties and a beautiful floral, perfume like scent. When choosing products with essential oils, be selective as some essential oils may be unsafe for our dogs such as birch, camphor and tea tree. Essential oil scents make bath time a more enjoyable experience for you and your dog! There are many reasons for dogs’ itchy and sensitive skin. These include allergies to flea bites, food or inhalant allergies, yeast infection and, in more rare cases, autoimmune diseases.
