- Plastic zip: the separable zip with plastic teeth (cramp) and standard slider (sledge) is an easy to open closure for various textiles, clothing, shoes and bags. The zip is also called zip closure, zip, zip or zip. The plastic profile closure is not waterproof and airtight.
- Versatile: these zips are suitable for jeans, parkers, pillows, pencil cases, crochets, jackets, tents, coat, trousers, anorak, latex, upholstery, suitcases, mattresses, sleeping bags and many other uses.
- Care instructions: To ensure a long-lasting smooth movement of zips, the use of silicone spray is recommended. Zippers should be closed when washing, otherwise the plastic will roughen and metallic parts will wear out the rest of the laundry.
- Dimensions and variants: rail width approx. 5 mm. Total width: approx. 30 mm. The zips are available in length and colour. In the variant selection, you can determine the colour and the length yourself. Important note: the standard slider of the zip may have an angular or round pendant/handle depending on availability. The colour of the slider comes in silver or in the same colour as the zip.
- Determine the correct length: the length of the zip always refers to the length of the zip rail. The fabric strap is at least 1 cm longer, with non-separable zips at the top and bottom, each at least 1 cm longer than the rail.
