Containing 10g of hydrated ferric phosphate, minimum 7.02g/kg anhydrous ferric phosphate, this product is a natural way to protect your plants. The active ingredient, ferric phosphate, is a naturally occurring compound and is certified for organic use. Slugs can cause considerable damage to strawberries, lettuce, hostas and other garden plants. Neudorff's Sluggo Slug and Snail Killer effectively controls all types of slugs, including garden slug, Iberian slug, red slug and grey field slug. The methaldehyde-free formulation is safe for bees, hedgehogs, pets. Once attracted to and consuming the bait pellet, slugs will stop feeding and crawl into the ground or a secluded area to die, leaving no unsightly trail of slime secretion and no need to collect carcasses.
