It dries as a clear brick sealer and forms a rain repellent barrier on exterior walls. The damp proof cream can also be used as a waterproof sealant on many surfaces, such as concrete, stone, cement, mortar and sandstone.
- Easy to Apply: The clear masonry waterproofing cream dries as a clear sealant and can be easily applied using a masonry brush or roller. Only one coat of the cream is normally required and should be applied at a coverage ratio of 5m² per litre. The simple application process for the damp proof cream makes it an excellent choice for DIY enthusiasts.
- Long-lasting: The damp proof cream and waterproofing sealant can last up to 25 years, and will protect walls against damp penetration without compromising their breathability. Furthermore, the waterproofing cream acts as an additional damp seal that enhances the properties of a damp proof course already protecting brick walls and masonry.
- Improves Thermal Efficiency: The waterproofing cream can help to lower heating bills by improving the insulating properties of external walls by making them water repellent.
