The Starrett SDS-PLUS arbor is a high speed pilot drill with a SDS-Plus shank arbor, designed for use with hole saws ranging from 14-30mm. The SDS-Plus shank allows the arbor to be used in SDS-Plus rotary hammer drills, even with the hammer action turned off. This arbor is compatible with FCH and CT holesaws and features a screw thread of ½”-20 UNF, as well as a chuck size of 9.5mm (3/8”). The drill is made of HSS and has a length of 79mm (3.1/8”). The arbor includes three parts - the body, pilot drill, and screw. It is coloured in black and grey and is made of steel. The arbor shank size is 8.75mm (11/32”) hex, excluding SDS-Plus arbors.
