This 2 gang floor box kit includes two 20A tamper resistant duplex receptacles and a free junction box . Floor boxes are a great and easy way to not only modernize your home, but also increase the functionality and value of it! The gasket is watertight and resistant to corrosion which ensures long product life and reliable performance. This means that you can use this anywhere you need such as in the kitchen, bathroom, garage, living room, and even in your meeting room. Because this electrical box is weather resistant, you don't have to worry about a little water splashing onto it. The tamper resistant function prevents anything that was not designed for this electrical outlet from being plugged into it. To open this floor box, simply insert a flat head screwdriver or coin, and turn the outlet windows counter clockwise until the window cover is released. The junction box is made from pre-galvanized steel and the surface of the unit has been treated by polishing, passivization, and painting to keep the product looking new. To open the box simply insert a coin or flat head screwdriver and turn counter clockwise until the cap is completely out. The junction box includes 14 knockouts. 4 knockouts are located on the front and back of the box and there are an additional 2 on each side and 2 on the bottom. This product is designed for tile, hard-wood, and carpet flooring applications, and also works well on marble and granite counter tops. This product includes a two year manufacturer's warranty.
