Directions When shipped, this product is tightly packed. In the box, you will find a compressed pad rolled up. Please follow the instructions below to set up the new bed for your furry friends. Use a blade to carefully cut the box open. Please allow 2 to 12 hours for the memory foam pad to expand back to its original size and shape before using it. Winter time may take up to 24 hours. Please lay on the new pad for 10 minutes to try it out. The pad needs your approval before handing it to your 4-legged buddy”.
