Product description Seachem Purigen 500 Milliliters Premium Synthetic Aquarium Filter Resin Directions To use Seachem Purigen, rinse the media before placing it in your filter. It can be used in both marine and freshwater aquariums. As the product exhausts, it will darken progressively. To regenerate the product, soak it in a 1:1 bleach:water solution for 24 hours in a non-metalic container in a well ventilated area and away from children. Rinse well, then soak for 8 hours with a solution containing 2 tablespoons of dechlorinator per cup of water. Rinse well before reuse. For best results, rinse the Purigen in tank water prior to placing it in your filter.
