This is not a product deficiency; the upper layer is dampened while the other layers remain dry, thus building up the surface tension on the material. If you don’t want wavy labels, remove from the carrier paper immediately. Please allow to dry first, otherwise the label paper can easily tear. - We are happy to make labels on a run of 5,000 sheets (better 10,000 sheets) according to your format specifications.
