About this item
- REALISTIC BAY TREE: Braided natural wood stem, moulded and coloured from real specimens so it holds up to a second look rather than only a passing glance.
- WHERE IT GOES: Stands 120cm tall and arrives potted, ready to place straight out of the box. Suits front door, porch and patio.
- UV AND WATER RESISTANT: Sun blockers in the foliage stop it fading, and it sheds rain and frost without wilting, so it stays outdoors all year.
- NO MAINTENANCE: No watering, feeding, pruning or repotting. Rinse it with a hose or dust it occasionally and that is the whole job.
- UNBOXING: Your plant may need reshaping on arrival. Start at the base and work the foliage outwards until it sits evenly. Handpicked by our UK team and checked for realism before dispatch.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
