Directions 1) Bath: Add 1-3 capfuls to 20cm of bath water and soak for 10-15 minutes 2) Shower: Pour a small amount onto a wet sponger or flannel and gently rub into wet skin. 3) Rinse and pat dry when finished. Clothes and bedding that come into contact with Hydromol Bath and Shower for long periods of time should be washed on a high heat to ensure the ointment is effectively removed.
