Product description
This 31cm stainless steel frying pan has a height of 6.5cm. The Grand Gourmet range features an outer and inner satin polish and a mirror finish along the edges. The stainless steel handles are hollow and tubular for an ergonomic shape that also allows for a cool grip. This frying pan with its riveted stainless steel handle is most commonly used for searing and flambéing food. The line has a sandwich base (stainless steel/aluminum/stainless steel) that is concave in cold and flat when hot.
