• HOW TO USE: Diffusing: 6-8 drops in a diffuser or burner, creates a grounding and uplifting atmosphere. Massage blend: up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. Helpful for nourishing skin. Skin blend: 2 drops per 10ml of blending oil for the face, 5 drops per 10ml for the body. Helpful for dry and mature skin. Not recommended for use on sensitive skin. In the bath: 4-6 drops per 20ml of blending oil. Add to bath water and swirl to disperse.
