Product Description The deep-insert lid prevents slipping and ensures a perfectly tight fit in the pan. It is a firm favourite with those wanting to cook with less water, as it holds the steam in the pan. The lid comes in a see-through version made of high-quality, heat-resistant glass with a cromargan rim. It features a round knob for lifting, which remains pleasantly temperate when cooking, eliminating the need for a pan holder. A polished stainless steel version of the lid is also available made from pure cromargan and featuring a profile handle – which also stays Cool on the hob.
