Product Description The S-400 (NATO code SA-21 Growler) is a Russian anti-aircraft and missile defense system that has been in use since 2007. It is mounted on special vehicles with off-road capability. The S-400 has been exported to China, Turkey, India and Belarus, other countries are in negotiation.
