With an adjustable width of up to 1.34 metres, it offers versatile placement, whether you're creating a grand entrance or a cosy garden nook. Built from high-quality, pressure-treated timber, the arch is designed to withstand the elements, with enhanced resistance to decay and weathering, and is backed by a 10-year guarantee against rot. Timber is sourced from well-managed, PEFC-certified forests and controlled sources, supporting sustainable forestry practices. The bundled post fix kit includes 4 economy galvanised steel border roll pins with pre-drilled holes and 12 screws, helping to secure your arch firmly into the soil. Each 45.7cm pin should be driven into the ground at the four outer corners, one to each post, to prevent lateral shift; simply place the pin into the soil and screw through the pre-drilled holes into the wood. As an easy-care product made from pressure-treated wood that protects against rot, there is no need to apply any treatment within the first 6 months of receipt; doing so will invalidate the warranty, as this will not allow enough time for excess moisture from the pressure treatment to dry out. After this period, an annual treatment can be applied to prolong the life and look of the product. The arch comes with full assembly instructions and should take two people 1-2 hours to assemble.
