Youngs Yeast Nutrient is a standard nutrient that can be added to any yeast culture at a rate of 1 level teaspoon per gallon. Nutrients help to ensure a complete fermentation, and are especially usefull in fruit wines, and other non -grape fermentations. Sometimes a pinch of nutrient will help get a stuck fermentation going.
