Well-behaved bamboo plants to grow in your garden, without fear of them taking over! These are shorter than many others, with smaller canes and a far more delicate appearance. See masses of new culms as they grow with a rusty tinge, before greening up and unfurling with masses of dainty, thin evergreen leaves. The canes softly arch over time, inspiring the common name of 'Fountain Bamboo'. Make a striking display by planting these in big pots on the patio. Fully deserving the coveted RHS Award of Garden Merit, you can be sure that these are proven garden performers, guaranteed to be suitable for UK gardeners at every level of experience. You can therefore plant these in the garden with confidence, for stunning displays for many years to come. Plant them where the sun can shine through the canes, or where you can see or hear the breeze gently wafting and rustling through all year - very sensual plants indeed! Supplied as a set of three established plants in 9cm pots, ready to plant out.
