About this item
  • THE UNIQUE RIGHT ANGLE DESIGN: 100% fits the door, and the double side draught excluder is 4.5cm high, which is very suitable for blocking large gaps at the bottom of the door. It has better sealing performance than the 2cm height draught exclude. You can also easily adjust their length with scissors (do not cut the cloth bag, only the white foam)
  • YOU WILL GET: Double side draught excluder made of flannelette (cloth bag and 6 sections of foam sticks), 10 sections of hook tape and an instruction manual. Weight: 193g, Size: 90cm(L) x 13cm(W) x 4.5cm(H). Suitable for doors up to 5cm thick
  • FUNCTION: Due to the double draught-proofing of the front and rear baffles. Keep your room warm in winter and cool in summer. Reduce heating costs! Stop odours, light, dust, insects, etc. And it can be washed and reused
  • RANGE OF APPLICATION: Suitable for all front doors, patio doors and balcony doors, but not applicable to doors with thresholds. Can be used on carpet, tiled floors or wooden floors
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Easy to install, because the hook tape fastening it, it does not separate from the door opening or closing and you do not have to constantly reposition the draught excluder. If there is any problem, please contact us for a prompt response and a solution

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
