The pots and lids are made of 18/10 stainless steel with a hammered finish and the pots have removable wood handles. These traditional Japanese cooking vessels having pouring lips on both sides. The classic black steel features a special heat treatment that creates a rust-resistant, non-coated anti-stick surface. All products made in Japan. Ginkgo is a second generation family run company.
