This Router bit will create attractive louver style shutters. Easy to use, cut three louvers at once, flip and cut the opposite side. Trim the excess stock and stack the desired amount of louver slats and frame together. Fixed-louver shutters are easy with our louvered shutter router bit. Install the bit in your router table with the bearing flush to the fence and route one face of the material. Then flip the stock over and route the other face. Trim away the excess material and you have three completed louvers.
