Route both joining cuts with one reversible bit! Simply set the centre of the bit with the centre of the stock. Run one cut face up and the adjoining cut face down to create a perfect joint. Great for edge- joining table tops, door panels and even flooring, among many other glue joint projects. Two flute carbide cutters and shank is 1/2". Keeping boards aligned during glue up can be a challenge without dowels or biscuits. Reversible glue joint router bits produce self-aligning edge-to-edge joints that are perfect for making wide panels. There's no need for a fastener of any kind.
