The Yonico 14174 Panel Pilot Router Bit allows you to first pierce through a veneer or laminate and then cut out the rest of the inner portion of the project such as cutting out the sink hole of a counter top. The bit's tip is steel and the blade is carbide. Saves a lot of time wasted changing out bits. Just bore a hole and trim the rest.
