The Yoga Band is the new and exclusive alternative to the cumbersome, and commonly used Yoga strap/belt. This amazingly versatile, high quality light strap is used for stretches in Yoga and Pilates. Due to its lightness, and the ability to wear it on your ankle or arm/wrist (or both), it does not interfere with your flow. Due to its gentle resistance and thickness it is easy to wear, and easier to achieve better posture, form and alignment in your Yoga or Pilates practice. The three loops (two small loops either end for toes or fingers, and a larger loop in the middle for wearing around foot, ankle or arm/wrist), enable the user to adjust easily however much stretch length is required. In addition, if used correctly it aids easier transition between postures, when needed i.e. during a Vinyasa Yoga class. Elasticity will decrease over time due to wear and tear. The Yoga Band may not be suitable for people with limited mobility or poor flexibility. It is best suited to people with average flexibility. Stretch length may vary. Wash with similar colours at 30 degrees. Made in the UK.
