- 3-IN-1 – The YIHUA 853AAA combines a soldering station, hot air rework station, and a preheating station all into one. All three stations can be turned ON at the same time, so you can easily work on circuit boards with BGA components while have all three stations at your disposal. The station’s temperature control is powered by precision microcontroller (PID), and comes with a large LED display showing the real-time readouts.
- Preheating Station – Temperature adjustable from 50~400°C with PID temperature stabilization (cycles every 20ms) for different components. The preheater plate is made of ceramic material covered with metallic mesh, comes with PCB holder ( max 19cm x 16cm) with 2 adjustable holder bars for holder circuit boards of different sizes.
- Soldering Station – Temperature adjustable from 200~480°C with PID temperature stabilization (cycles every 20ms) to give you a smooth soldering experience. The 75W-equivilelent soldering iron is detachable for easy replacement, with a 90cm temperature-resistant silicone cord. This product includes 10 extra soldering tips in different shapes to solder different components.
- Hot Air Rework Station – Temperature adjustable from 100~480°C with PID temperature stabilization (cycles every 20ms) to provide precision hot air output. Output air volume is adjustable from 20~80. The station comes with a hot air gun bracket (height adjustable) to direct the hot air at the rework area vertically. You can use the hot air function in conjunction with the preheater to safely rework on SMD components such as BGA, SOIC, QFP and more.
