Staying true to the adventure road end of its usage, a slick centerline borders angular hatching to keep things Swift on any pavement required to get to the good stuff, a jacket a dirt. Intermediate, diamond-shaped peaks provide steadfast traction under power, while consistent and more substantial side knobs extend down the sidewall to provide cornering confidence and an additional level of defense against gravel unpleasantries of all shapes and sizes. Pairing this tread design with a high-volume Casing allows it to push further into the dirt than is expected of a semi-slick drop bar tire. Byway allows riders to find comfort and confidence on remote gravel roads without being bogged down on the pavement required to REACH them.
