External grinding attachment for use with the WSKTS Ken Onion Edition. Suitable for comprehensive reworking and for sharpening and honing blades. The variable geometry and adjustable belt angle of 10° to 35° means you can work on grinds from convex to virtually flat. It is also possible to work on the shape of a blade. Please note, that this attachment is only recommended for experienced users, as the blade does not run through a guide, rather by hand against the belt at the pre-set angle. A flat plate in the null position helps with this. Band speed: 1200 to 2800 SFM (Surface Feet per Minute). Please note that the Blade Grinder Attachment is not intended for giving blade blanks a complete bevel. Comes with one belt (1 inch x 18 inches) in the grits X65, X22, X4, P12,000 micromesh.
