The STEIN SCE-X1 3m Work Positioning Lanyard is designed to provide reliable positioning support for professional arborists, rope access technicians and utility workers. Built for use with approved climbing systems, the lanyard delivers dependable strength, durability and smooth handling in demanding work environments. At the centre of the system is the STEIN SRS-32 rope, an 11mm static kernmantle rope constructed with a durable 32-strand polyester outer sheath and a polyamide inner core. This construction provides excellent abrasion resistance, low stretch performance and long-term reliability when used for professional positioning tasks. Each end of the lanyard is finished with high-quality sewn terminations to maximise security and durability during use. One end includes a product identification label displaying all legally required information in accordance with PPE Regulation standards. The identification label incorporates SCANNABLE NFC SmartPPE technology which can be accessed using a mobile phone, allowing users to quickly identify and manage equipment for inspection and traceability. Manufactured in the United Kingdom under PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425, the SCE-X1 is certified to EN354:2010 for personal fall protection equipment lanyards. Supplied with no hardware, the 3m lanyard allows users to configure the system with compatible connectors or devices suited to their climbing setup.
