Product description
Product description Happy birthday behind you all your memories Directions To prepare the teddy bear for use, open the vacuum-sealed package. The bear may have slight wrinkles due to shipping. Gently pat and fluff the bear for a few minutes and allow it to rest to regain its original shape. For faster recovery, you can gently use a hairdryer on low heat. Once fully expanded, it is ready for cuddling, decoration, or gifting.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.

The package was here in Australia from England in a few days — so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
