- EASY TO USE PEEL & STICK: This matt white self-adhesive melamine edge banding tape is 7.5m long, with a thickness of 0.5mm. It’s perfectly sized to cover the linear edge of a standard 2440mm x 1220mm (8’ x 4’) MDF panel. It comes with a simple peel-off backing. To use, measure your panel, cut the tape to size, and stick on (use a roller for extra adhesion). Trim any excess with an edge trimmer.
- QUICK, CLEAN & SIMPLE: This peel & stick melamine edging strip is designed to be the quickest and easiest solution to cover exposed panel boards for MDF, plywood, chipboard and particleboard. It is flexible yet sturdy and can later be wiped clean with a cloth - no special cleaning solutions needed.
- VERSATILE USES: This sticky backed edge banding roll is ideal for a variety of projects. Use it on internal doors, shelving, kitchen units, worktops, picture frames, furniture restoration, cabinets, toys and other DIY projects. It gives a smooth neat finish and is due to its extra strong glue, will not peel off after time.
- ECO FRIENDLY: Our self-adhesive melamine edging tape is paper based, and made from recycled material, with FSC accreditation, so is easy on the environment. It is the ecological alternative to PVC or ABS edge banding, whose materials are not easily recycled or biodegradable. It also encourages recycling and upcycling of old furniture, which would otherwise go to landfill.
