Product Description WMF Vitalis Thermometer is a gentle cooking process for vegetables, fish and meat. It is Made of Cromargan stainless steel. The steamer is a closed system for the cooker. Liquid is brought to a boil in the roasting pan. The ingredients on the steaming rack cook in the rising steam without coming into contact with water. The integrated thermometer in the glass lid makes it possible to control from the outside without lifting the lid. The cooking process is therefore not interrupted by an unnecessary loss of energy.
