Product Description WMF Profi Resist Serving Pan is suitable for hotplate approximately 18 cm diameter. The Superior stainless steel structure, the non-stick coating is protected. This makes the frying surface scratch-resistant, tough and lasts for a lifetime. Profi Resist therefore combines the benefits of a stainless steel frying pan with those of a non-stick sealed frying pan and meets the necessary requirements for a juicy fried steak and everything that is seared at high temperatures. The Stainless steel handle is ergonomic and suitable for the oven. The multiply material ensures for a rapid and even heat distribution. This therefore allows for a precise control of the cooking temperature. The inside consists of Cromargan: 18/10 stainless steel, aluminium in the core and chrome steel for the outside.
