Wisteria sinensis Hardy Climbing Vine - Deciduous Garden Ready Plant in Growers Pot - Fast Growing Outdoor Fragrant Flowering Climber for Trellis, Pergolas, Walls, and Fences (5 Litre Pot, 110-130cm)

• Bare-Wood Blooming: Experience a spectacular display every spring as massive, fragrant mauve-lilac blossoms erupt on completely bare wood before leaves appear. This classic Chinese species creates an unparalleled, highly dramatic focal point in any landscape.
• Extreme Speed & Support: As one of the fastest-growing vines available, it easily puts on several meters of thick, anti-clockwise growth in a single season. It requires a massive, heavy-duty support structure and careful initial training to prevent damage.
• Sun-Baked Walls & Watering: It demands the absolute hottest, sunniest wall you have to ensure a reliable spring show year after year. Water heavily at the base during its first year, but let the topsoil dry out once the deep roots are established.
• Ruthless Summer Cuts: If you fail to aggressively cut back the whippy green growth in summer, it will quickly swallow your gutters and refuse to flower. Follow up with a hard winter prune while it sleeps to maintain its blooming spurs.
