- Alcohol tolerance – up to 17%. Optimum fermentation temperature 20-25°C. Add the entire contents of the sachet directly into the wort wine at 25-30°C. No prior preparation required.

Directions Dissolve the entire contents of the sachet in 100 ml of fruit must. Wait a few minutes, pour into the fermentation vessel and mix well. Notice: Use the whole envelope in one go - do not divide into portions.
