Also known as Ispaghula or Isabgol, is a form of natural soluble fibre made from the Plantago ovata plant, a native of India and Pakistan. Psyllium husk is high in both soluble and insoluble fiber. - Recommend serving: 5-15g per day. Add to yoghurt, smoothies, sprinkle over your cereal. Great for Keto baking recipes due to it being extremely low in carbohydrates.
