The human eye sees colours with a wavelength of about 400 nanometers (purple) up to 700 nanometers (red). This range of 400 to 700 nanometres is called the visible light or the visible spectrum. The human eye can best perceive the middle range of the visible spectrum - about 555 nanometers. In this area, the eye is most sensitive. This wavelength has green light. Green light is therefore the most visible colour for us humans. That's why Wheel Bee uses green light for more visibility and safety in road traffic.
