Dispensing Characteristics: Controlled dropper tips are tips which have their orifices pierced during a secondary operation. A .020 inch needle is used to pierce the tips. The general tolerance for the hole size in a pierced part is +/- 0.003 inches. The average drop size for stock, controlled round tips (8 mm – 20 mm) is 41μL +/- 5μL.
