Our revitalising rosemary, grown on sun-soaked Mediterranean fields, really blows the cobwebs away. Ideal in a warm bath, to loosen and soothe achy, tired limbs, or in a foot bath after a long hot day, wherein it also improves the general circulation in the legs and feet, it will leave you feeling balanced and vitalised. Stimulating, invigorating, drives away fatigue Dermatologically tested and free from synthetic preservatives, fragrances, colourants or raw materials derived from mineral oils Suitable for vegans Ingredients Shake the bottle before use. Pour 2 – 3 capfuls into the running water to disperse. A water temperature of 37oC / 98oF is recommended. Do not bathe longer than 20 minutes. After bathing, dry the body gently, cover with a soft towel and ideally relax for at least half an hour in warm surroundings. Use 1 capful to a foot-bath or basin, agitate water with the hand to mix the milk. In the shower or as a quick freshener, use a few drops on a moist cloth. To refresh a room, add a few drops to a small bowl of warm water. Directions Shake the bottle, then mix 3 to 4 caps of the product with the water heated between 35 and 37 ° C approximately before you immerse yourself in it for 15 20 minutes.
