Ingredients 1ML ORAL LIQUID CONTAINS 0.37ML OF LIQUID EXTRACT FROM MELISSA LEAF (MELISSA OFFICINALIS L) (EQUVILENT TO 45 MG MELISSA LEAF), NUTMEG SEED (MYRISTICA FRAGRANS HOUTT) (EQUIVALENT TO 22 MG NUTMEG SEED), CINNAMON BARK (CINNAMON ZEYLANICUM NEES) (EQUIVALENT TO 15 MG CINNAMON BARK), ANGELICA ROOT (ANGELICA ARCHANGELICA L) (EQUIVALNET TO 11 MG ARCHANGELICA ROOT). EXTRACT SOLVENT ETHANOL 34% V/V. INGREDIENTS: ETHANOLIC DISTILLATE FROM CORIANDER AND CLOVE, LEMON OIL, ETHANOL AND PURIFIED WATER. Directions Adults (over 12 years) 10-20 drops to be taken in a little water every hour as required up to 8 times a day.
