• APPLICATION — WEICONLOCK AN 302-42 is a medium-viscosity, medium-strength screw lock with dosing tip. The screw lock hardens quickly and can be removed normally.
• PROCESSING — WEICONLOCK is evenly applied directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip/metal. Then install and tighten the parts.

Thanks to the dosing tip and the patented WEICON Pen System, the adhesive can be optimally dispensed. After only 10-20 minutes the metal adhesive hardens and achieves best results. PROCESSING: WEICONLOCK is applied evenly directly from the pen with the dosing tip; avoid direct contact between dosing tip and metal. Then mount and tighten the parts. For sealing applications, apply WEICONLOCK annularly to the thread. Do not pour WEICONLOCK back into the bottle if it has already come into contact with metal. Even the smallest metal particles cause hardening in the bottle. The use of dosing devices is therefore recommended for series production. STORAGE: WEICONLOCK can be stored for at least 24 months at room temperature in the sealed original containers. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight. The air content in the pen keeps WEICONLOCK liquid.
